Mark Taipari is a professional singer and musician who has more than 27 years experience in the music industry. A winner of a TV talent show, he has since worked with many professional musicians, singers and celebrities throughout his career, supporting them with backing vocals and guitar. He is a well known New Zealand artist performing at weddings, birthday parties and also regularly in pubs and bars.

His range of music is extensive and includes a full range of genres both old and new ... but always the right music to suit the mood of the audience. Mark's focus is clearly to play music that people can dance to and have a good time.

Mark often plays alone as a vocalist and playing electric and acoustic guitars. He adds to his performance with outstanding and strong MIDI backing tracks.

For the Concert in the Orchard 2011 Mark boosts his performance with the addition of the excellent percussionist and vocalist Hemi Day. Together they present an energetic full on duo to entertain you into the evening.
